If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Use of Services
Summit Automation provides AI automation and appointment setting services primarily for US-based service businesses. Our services are designed to integrate with your existing CRM and communication channels. You are responsible for ensuring your business practices comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.
3. Account Responsibilities
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Summit Automation services for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that interferes with the integrity or performance of the platform. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, sending spam, unauthorized data scraping, or attempting to circumvent security measures.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, technology, software, and intellectual property underlying Summit Automation's services are the exclusive property of Summit Automation Systems LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use these services for your business operations as intended by our platform.
6. Payment and Subscriptions
Fees for services are billed according to the subscription plan or service agreement you select. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of your access to our tools.
7. Third-Party Services
Our platform integrates with third-party tools such as CRMs (e.g., GoHighLevel, HubSpot) and calendars. Summit Automation is not responsible for the performance, data privacy practices, or any issues arising from your use of these third-party platforms.
8. Communications
By using our services, you authorize us to send SMS and emails to your leads on your behalf. You represent that you have obtained all necessary consents from individuals to receive these messages in compliance with TCPA and relevant regulations.
9. Disclaimers
Summit Automation provides its services "as is". We do not guarantee that our AI will be error-free or that every missed call will result in a booked appointment. We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied.
10. Liability
Summit Automation Systems LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including loss of profits or data, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Summit Automation Systems from any claims or legal fees arising out of your breach of these terms or any violation of law during your use of our services.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any legal actions shall be brought in the courts located within Florida.
13. Changes to Terms
